Hicorp Held Keynote Speech Competition 

Taking the Theme of “Deepening the Study of Core Values, Classifying the Customers, Achieving Innovation for Win-Win Cooperation----Improving Learning by Speaking, & Promoting Working by Learning”

 
In order to further implement our core values of “Focusing on Customers, Leading the Industry by Innovation”, strengthen the sense of responsibilities, classify the customers, improve work quality and efficiency,  taking the theme of “Deepening  the Study of Core Values, Classifying the Customers, Achieving Innovation for Win-Win Cooperation----Improving Learning by Speaking, & Promoting Working by Learning”,we held the the keynote speech competition at No.500 meeting room in the afternoon of 28th March . There were 19 competitors  from each branch companies and departments participated in this contest.

Combing with the job responsibilities and core values of “Focusing on Customers, Leading the Industry by Innovation”, all the competitors classified customers, clearified innovation and improvement targets, explained by PPT in details.

After fierce competition, Zhuang Xin from Management Center won the first prize with excellent performance。 The second prize were won by Li Chunjiang from Textile Machinery Company and Pang Chen from Heavy Industry Company 。The third prize were won by Bao Haijiao from Financial Department , Ge Manli from Technical Department, Yu Jian from Installation Department。 Wang Tianjiao from Audit Center, Liu Kai from Financial Department, Wang Huanxin from Administrative Office, Lv Mengyu from Heavy Industry won the excellent prize。

The President put forward questions and commented on the competitors, he pointed out that Hicorp was eager to absorb talents, encouraged to enroll the backup management carder list  actively。 The President also hoped to strengthen responsibility , improve ourselves, work hard。

Through lauching the competition, all the management personnel deeply understood our core values, and classified the customers, put forward methods for improvement . All the participants could learn from each other, to improve collaborative efficiency and team awareness.
